Designer’s Delivery provides white glove services to high-end furniture showrooms, offering: Receiving, Storage, Delivery and Set-up services for showroom stock or on behalf of their respective clients.

Services include:

  • Receiving – Inspection for Freight Damage or Quality Issues
  • Storage – Dedicated Showroom-stock area
  • Computerized Inventory System

Client Delivery (3 options):

  • White Glove Service: scheduling delivery with a 2 hour time window, unpacking of all items, assembly and placement
  • Room Of Choice: scheduling delivery with a 2 hour time window and placement in the room of choice
  • Threshold: scheduling delivery with a 4 hour time window and placement in the garage or through first door
  • Returns: Packaging and returns to the factory based on issued RA#
  • Discounted rates and flexible terms
